So just Over a min in and RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE! Thats the way we do it on this podcast! Luka, i agree with you. Long live science! But if your a master of physics, does that mean you can defy gravity? Friction? Do you wear a cape or have a crown?
Jesus. I’m on about 4hrs the last week. True I have exams soon but you guys need to get out more.

Garriott losing his job I don’t know much about but trying to get $24M is a little steep. More so considering Tabula Rasa did fail by the end.
Wtf is medical physicist? does that mean your going to experiment by exposing people to radiation to try and induce super powers?
3D Realms going under we’re heard of now and it’s slightly sad and funny at the same time. Suing though doesn’t seem to be a smart move. How much does 3d realms really have in assets? and should someone have been checking up on them? My guess is just someone wants some closure on the fact 3d Realms have been going in circles for years with management much like that of the cartoon “Dilbert”.
E3 will of course go ahead. You could keep excitable nerds away from E3 if there was a meteor shower during a blizzard while the whole place was infested by dragons.
I’d go to E3 as I’m prob one of the only people you’d have the maturity to a. not shoot someone b. make a not make a “your momma” joke during a QA session c.wear clothes d.run around shouting it’s all hidden’s fault and e.actually write things down and report back.
FO3 DLC I’ve been steering clear of in general because I just didn’t things to go according to plan. Once again I’ve been proven right. Poor planning, programming and ofc GFWL!
2K is getting way ahead of themselves. Yes BS2 looks geat and will most likely do well enough to warrent BS3, but one step at a time guys. Then again, Tryarch are making COD 6 or is it 7? Mia, you’re showing you clam mannar which we need to see more of on the podcat at times.
The sniper/spy update has been a master class by Valve. I can only stand in awe because the way they went about teasing us and dropping little clues has been fantastic. The fact they even admitted their own mistake at leaking the “meet the spy” vid as a Valve corporate achievement shows just how much they respect their fans. Hats off to them and hats on now for us!
So criminals are using the PSN to chat to people in on the outside. That’s rather clever really but more just stupid that guard have given their inmates something without checking what could go wrong. I’ll put this one down as a fail by the prison system in whatever country it was.

The Matrix was indeed a one off film. There were no sequels and we deny all knowledge.
The question I asked was which sequels that have been made, should really been left on the drawing board. But I got an amusing argument out of you.
The Pirate Bay verdict I thought was harsh. I fully expected them to try and get the site shut down but I the fine and prison sentence was over the top. But as you say, the judge wasn’t exactly independent.
The ownership of digital music is a tricky topic. We all understand what the law is and know when we’re illegally passing on or receiving any music. Music companies know they can’t stop us all individually so they will go after the biggest target. Partly to stop the flow and partly to send a message. I’m against piracy so agree with shutting the Pirate Bay down. They’re the digital equivalent of a man in the street holding a sign saying “this way to your illegal music.” No they’re not doing anything illegal but it’s not exactly a good thing to be doing so publicly. I don’t think they should have been found guilty as they weren’t hosting anything but shutting the site down seems fair.
You can’t stop people passing music on though from person to person. Like you said about the old problem with old tapes, you can’t stop it but music companies do have the right to get pissed off at such large scale operations.
Cloak what you have said mean there is a law. What you mean is there is no statue law. As in a law passed through Parliment. Decisions made by judges do count though as law. This is know as common law. So no killing spree for you Hypno. But I’d be interested to check if that’s really the case Cloak.

2. Again Hypno and Cloak. Sorry to pick on you guys but if you go off on a tangent, please explain first because otherwise I’m sitting there wondering what the hell your talking about.
3. Cloak, watch what you say dude(27:31). I know what you said was in jest but starting to go to some bad places. just be careful. Could also tone down the wierd songs. They’re funny but not at every possible opportunity.
4. Again with the rabble. It’s getting out of control guys and just sounds like a mess.

@G, this is actually the worse that I’ve heard, and it might just have been a one off. Tbh, you should know its done off the cuff (Pretty much) but it was pretty much out of control. I’d blame Vella. Thats what he’s for.

Vella has to take some repsonsibility as he the one in charge (sort of). But it really comes down to each member individually to behave. The off the cuff stuff is where the funniest moments usually come from so I’m not asking for it to be stopped but a little self control goes a long way.
